C2C is a statewide program designed to help Mississippi adults who have earned college credit—but not a degree—better their lives by completing a college education. Mississippi's eight public universities, 15 public community colleges, and the medical center participate in the C2C program.

University Studies Degree
A solution for returning students, the University Studies Degree can make the path to a college degree simpler and faster.
The C2C Grant is for MS adult learners who qualify for the C2C program. The grant is renewable for each qualifying semester.
